Syntherion's Lemlist integration adds 3 Lemlist tools and 9 real-time triggers to the agents your team builds in the Factory, Syntherion's governed studio for agents, tools, and workflows. Manage outreach activities, leads, and send emails via Lemlist. Teams often pair Lemlist with Smartlead and Enrich in the same agent.

You can get Activities, get Lead, and send Email with Lemlist in Syntherion. Each runs as a tool inside an AI agent block, so an agent can chain Lemlist with services like Smartlead and Enrich and apply LLM reasoning between steps.

Connecting Lemlist takes about five minutes: (1) Create a free account at syntherion.io. (2) Create an agent in your workspace. (3) Drag a Lemlist block onto the workflow builder. (4) Paste your Lemlist API key to authenticate. You can find it in your Lemlist account settings. (5) Pick a tool such as "Get Activities", wire up its inputs, and click Run, and your agent is live.

Add a Lemlist block to your agent and select "Get Activities" as the tool. Retrieves campaign activities and steps performed, including email opens, clicks, replies, and other events. Fill in the required fields. Inputs can reference outputs from earlier steps, such as text generated by an AI block or data fetched from another integration, and you build it all visually.

Add a Lemlist trigger block to your agent and copy its generated webhook URL into Lemlist's webhook settings. Syntherion supports 9 real-time triggers for Lemlist: Lemlist Email Replied, Lemlist LinkedIn Replied, Lemlist Lead Interested, Lemlist Lead Not Interested, Lemlist Email Opened, Lemlist Email Clicked, and 3 more. Once configured, every matching Lemlist event starts your agent instantly, no polling, no delay.

Syntherion receives the full event payload Lemlist sends, typically the record or object that changed, plus metadata like the event type and timestamp. For example, the "Lemlist Email Replied" trigger fires when a lead replies to an email. Every field in the payload is available as a variable you can pass to AI blocks, conditions, or other integrations.
